About Me


My name is Ciara Mangan. 

I am a personal assistant plus so much more.  

During my 28 years working in the corporate sector, I have experience of many different industries including investment management, consulting, software, fine art and even submarine refitting, with roles as diverse as receptionist, secretary, administrator, business analyst, trainer, project manager, product specialist and head of operations.  All of these roles have had a number of skills in common - organisation, time management, change management, problem-solving, adaptability, flexibility and resilience. Above all, it has helped me finely tune my sense of humour.  Nothing can faze me!


In 2018, I decided to take a year out to enjoy the sunshine in Montpellier, in the sunny South of France.  I loved it so much, I decided to make my home here permanently and so PA+ was launched in early 2019.
